We have a 1986 general mobile home with a intertherm electric
furnace.
The problem we are getting is that the thermostat
keeps clicking but the temperature has not got low
enough for it to turn on, and also the heat is building up
in the furnace room even though the furnace is not
running. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Brian

Well, something is running if the heat is confined to the furnace room. Suggest you turn off power to the unit and get someone qualified to check it out.

i would check your fan and see if it runs . heaters can be heating up but fan does not come on so unit shuts down on high heat.let me know
