I would like to replace my old forced air furnace with a high efficiency furnace. The existing installation has both the hot water heater and furnace exhaust vented through the roof via a 8 inch double walled chimney pipe. Intake air is just supplied via the large basement (air leaks).
How can I run two 3" PVC pipes up to the roof via the existing chimney and still vent the old hot water heater?
Side venting is not possible.
Thanks for you help.
